We're excited to add Chef Daniel to our family enhancing the dining element of "LovetoWine.com". Recently relocated from Detroit, Michigan where he was Chef/Owner of award winning restaurants and wine bars, you'll find Chef Daniels' insight into food as well as how it works with wine to be provocative and insightful.
A self trained chef and restaurateur of 13 years, Chef Daniel will be adding the dining flavor to "LovetoWine.com" in 2010.
Since wine and dining naturally go together you can expect to see recipes, food pairings, cooking advice, tips and tricks used in commercial kitchens, as well as weekly articles posted on our new blog "Wine and Dine in the City" which compliments "LovetoWine.com"
In addition, both Chef Daniel and I will be visiting local restaurants and wine bars to give you the inside look on what's hot and what's not in your area.
We're excited to have Chef Daniel join our team and he's looking forward to discussing your culinary curiosities with you so please feel free to contact him at info@lovetowine.com
Cheers!

"Food and the process of dining are the fabric of my life. As a child I would observe & ultimately assist my Mother as she carefully planned, shopped, prepared and served the family meal each day. Always insistent on using only fresh, in-season ingredients, I learned early on the important role this simple choice played in maximizing flavor. Observing this process as it culminated in our family gathering around the table to enjoy these creations and discuss our daily lives has always remained for me, the very reason we dine. Throughout my adult life I have "played" with food, learning the relevance of flavors, textures and creating eye appeal while maintaining nutritional balance.
After years of self training, sharing my creations among friends and family it became evident my calling was to become a Chef and share this love and passion for my craft with as many people possible." .... Chef Daniel Nichols

As for "Wine and Dine In The City" , I will reveal my whimsy and true passion for the creations of others in my industry and bring you the down and dirty on those adventures in your hometown. Food is the fabric of my life and I am excited to welcome you into my world.
